With over 25 years experience in Project Management across IT and Real Estate I identified that there is not always a need for a full-time Project Manager - this is why I established PMaaS as Project Management as a Service.

We offer tailored PRINCE2 project management on demand - whether it be for one day a week or for a short but intensive project. Don't recruit a full-time staff member or contractor when PMaaS can deliver exactly what you really need, when you need it.
