PRINCE2 Project Management
The PRINCE2 methodology is a structured way of managing projects. A Business Case is agreed with the project sponsor and a Project Initiation Document (PID) is developed and used as the basis for the management of the project. The PID will cover Communication and Risk Management strategies, detail the project team members (internal users and external suppliers) and outline the budget and project tolerances.
We can tailor the amount of Project Management time that your project needs depending on the scale and duration of the project. This is also likely to change during the project phases. Project start-up and the later stages are usually more intensive.
